Siddharth Goel

Founder & Director

Siddharth is the founder and Director of Start Enterprise. Backed with a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, he has also worked with Goldman Sachs and Diamond Cluster International in the United States.

As a serial entrepreneur, Start is Siddharth's second venture, along with Cellent Technologies and iKen Solutions. Here, he looks after steering Start's strategic positioning vis-a-vis competition and ensuring operational efficiency while serving clients.

Aditya Goel

CEO & Co-Founder

Aditya helped launch Start in 2002 after returning from the US and is responsible for Start's expansion and growth across India. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and MIS from Purdue University. With a keen eye for opportunity, Aditya has been instrumental in forging alliances and partnerships with leading mobile operators and top multinational companies.

Along with Siddharth, Aditya steers Start's strategic direction, interfaces with top operators and suppliers, and oversees all areas of the company.

Sammy Mamdani

COO

Sammy joined Start Enterprise in September 2010 and is directly responsible of all aspects of day-to-day operations across marketing, new product development, technology, support, accounts & finance, and human resources.

Prior to Start, he worked as Head of Finance & Operations at a private investment firm in India and as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti Inc.'s Internal Audit & Business Risk division in the United States. Sammy has a M.B.A from the University of Central Florida, Orlando and has lived in the US for 14 years prior to returning to India.

Swapnil Chemburkar

VP Technology

Swapnil has been part of the Start team since its inception and has been an instrumental part of creating the in house enterprise-messaging platform in use today. He oversees all aspects of technical development, product enhancements, and support.

Arvind Khot

Financial Controller

Arvind has been part of the Goel Group for over 10 years and has been part of Start since its inception. He is responsible for all accounts and day-to-day financial activities of the organization and also heads the administrative function for the group companies.
